I can feel it in me as I breathe this life.
Living it has not been easy but I've thrived.
I've hit that bottom so many times yet here I am.
Willing to go on as if I've won the prize.
I guess we know nothing as we journey on.
Take each day as it comes, plans in our heads.
God laughs and turns it all around instead.
Giving us no choice but to go on as is.
As I breathe each day I pray to the lord above.
To thank him for my blessings and my pain.
They both have served their purpose in my life.
And give me strength to carry on.
